I give myself permission to allow them in without the extra guard.

I give myself permission to love and be loved the way I deserve, not the love I conditioned myself to believe or I settled to make work.

I give myself permission to set boundaries when needed, even within relationships with those I love most.

I give myself permission to take care of home first, of myself.

I give myself permission to plant seeds in areas of my life, in relationships, in my dreams.

I will water them. I will refill the cup everytime it’s needed.

I give myself permission to grow, be happy, and go for everything I want.
